Nora Fischer and her daughter Nadin opened the Wildkräuterhotel Ehmkendorf in 2007, a place where they can both live out their passions. As the hotel’s name reveals, Nora is a love of nature and above all of herbs. The hotel has a lush wild herb garden, the spicy plants of which can be tasted at common cooking evenings. She also takes guests on wild herb walks and shares her extensive knowledge with them. Nadin is a passionate yogi and regularly offers yoga events. The 2-3 day events are dedicated to different topics and focuses. But even if you do not share either of these two passions, you can spend a wonderful weekend with the fishermen either in the holiday flat or in one of the nine parlours with long walks and cosy afternoons in the library.
